Not Sure whee to begin
I have been in the process of writing my very first novel, it is exciting and scary at the same time. Why do I say exciting well lets see I have a whole bunch of stories in my head that are trying to come out. I have enlisted help from a fellow author that also writes M/M and her guidance is really helping me with formulating my words. The scary part is whether or not it will be received, I just have to have faith that it will and that it will give me the opportunity to write more books.

Blurbs
Leander Mayfield is the only surviving son of a poor farmer... or so he believes until the day he learns he is in fact the new Earl of Dearborne. Still recovering from a lingering illness, the sensitive young man travels to Great Britain to claim his estate and embarks upon a bewildering new life.
Julien Sutcliffe, the Earl of Blackstone, is suffering from ennui. He's tired and bored with all the finery and wealth and wonders about him. Then he meets this refreshingly naive American Earl, newly arrived in England, and suddenly the world comes alive around him again.
Irresistibly drawn to one another, Julien finds himself besotted, and Leander is equally smitten. But just when they think they may have finally found happiness together, Julien and Leander discover that something--or someone--is determined to separate them permanently.
Billy has no idea what prompts him to take in a ragged, dirty man off the streets. All he knows is that Montana calls to him somehow, and that he always listens to his instincts. Montana, or Tanny, thinks that Billy is crazy, because nobody is that nice. Not in his experience, anyway.
Tanny brings all sorts of problems with him, from addiction to trouble with the police. Billy is determined to make Montana whole again, and he thinks he knows just the thing to replace Tanny's favorite high. All Billy has to do is help Montana get back on his feet, and then he can teach Tanny all about his lifestyle.
Too bad no one believes that Tanny is redeemable, least of all Tanny. Billy's friends threaten to become overprotective, the people who populated Tanny's life on the street pop up at the most inopportune moments, and Tanny thinks that Billy is far too good for him, a homeless guy fresh off the reservation, scarred and way less than perfect.
Can Billy convince Tanny to give him, and their newfound relationship, a chance? Or will the reality of Billy's lifestyle scare Tanny off just when life is starting to get good again?
Pride and ego make a very unlikely combination for finding true love. Unless you discover another who is your mirror image.
Twenty-five year old Phil Andrews left his family in Eastern Washington to escape the small town attitudes of his siblings and the locals to be free to be himself in the liberal area of West Hollywood. But without an education or work experience to fall back on, Phil uses his good looks and physique to make ends meet, working as a go-go boy at night, and a gay porn star on the weekends.
Intelligent, out of the closet, Dr. Christopher Love was thirty-three years old and a success in everything but his relationships. He knew his life was lacking something, a partner to share it with. Trying to find the kind of man he found attractive sexually and one who was also was willing to bend to his demands was an impossible task. Until he met Phil Andrews.
Two men, two opposite worlds. One educated at the finest schools, an asset to the community, a philanthropist and a surgeon, the other, a high-school drop-out, former drug addict with a criminal record, meet during a stormy night while the lights are blacked out. The physical attraction bonds them instantly, but soon their differences bring to the surface that deadly pride.
What A Week
On a sad note on of my favorite musician has died, Micheal Jackson I cannot believe it. Like many others at time we loved him and at times we hated him, at times we adored him, and at times we were ashamed of him but most of all we loved him. I loved his songs and his dancing most artist aspired to be like him and most people aspired to be him. I pray for his family and most of all his children because above him being a performer he was a father, a brother, and a child. R.I.P. Michael Jackson.

Forgotten Sequals & Short Novels
Have you ever read a book and liked it so much and when the author promises that there will be a sequal to it you are all excited and and cannot wait to read what will happen next. You wait on pins and needle for the book to come out and it takes for ever and when it does come you either not interested in it or you have to re-read the first book to figure what the second, third or even the fourth book is talking about. Weill that happens to me a lot, I find that if I wait toooooo long for a sequel to come out I am not interested in the book at all. however if the book rocked my world and makes me thing then I have no problem re-reading it over until the second part of the books comes out.
I find that I don't like reading short novels or novella's it is my experience that I read at least 3 or 4 books in one day depending on how much words are there. If they are over 50,000-90,000 words I can read that book in one day and then give another book a start. But if a book is under 30,000 words I read that in an hour. Granted some of those books are awesome and they get to point with out having you guessing what is the point or what will happen next. However I like guessing I get excited when I have to figure what is going to happen next or how will they realize that they are in love with each other or hoe long will it take the characters to tell each other that they are in love with each. I'm not going to stop reading my short novels but i wish they had a little more meat to the bone.

Zero At The Bone
Hey Guys,
I read a really good book that just came out on www.dreamspinnerpress.com called Zero at the Bone by Jane Seville. Yall when I say this is a good book it is, I started reading sometime during the day and had to force myself to put my ereader down so that I could go to bed at 5 in the morning. Here is the blurb:
After witnessing a mob hit, surgeon Jack Francisco is put into protective custody to keep him safe until he can testify. A hitman known only as D is blackmailed into killing Jack, but when he tracks him down, his weary conscience won't allow him to murder an innocent man. Finding in each other an unlikely ally, Jack and D are soon on the run from shadowy enemies.
Forced to work together to survive, the two men forge a bond that ripens into unexpected passion. Jack sees the wounded soul beneath D's cold, detached exterior, and D finds in Jack the person who can help him reclaim the man he once was. As the day of Jack's testimony approaches, he and D find themselves not only fighting for their lives... but also fighting for their future. A future together

A Few Books To Chew On
The other day I was looking at my booklist of the books that I have read in the last year, and to my astonishment I have read a lot and there are some that I find myself re-reading and yet I still had more books to the list. I find that I have my favorite authors in both m/m and m/f that keeps me guessing no matter the book or how many times I have read it. So here are a couple books to look into if you have not already:
The first book that I ever read by author Bobby Michaels was Rock Paper Scissors. This book shows that love comes to us in many different ways. Bobby Michaels knows how to draw on your emotions and give you a story that you will want to read over and over again. Also check out his Jock Dorm series all I can say is hot. www.allromanceebooks.com
Brenda Jackson is a romantic at heart, she comers the market on m/f romances and leaves you completely breathless with her stories. She follows through with all of her characters and you are left feeling as if you are a part of the family. From the Westmorelands to the Madaris you’re caught up in the lives of these families. Her description of the men are HOT and the women are strong and independent and in the end of all the dramawe see that love conquers all. www.allromanceebooks.com
Check these books out if you have not already.....Happy Reading

When the Irish eyes are sprakling
By: Tom Collins and Thirteen. I was hooked once I started reaading this book I could not put it down. we meet Liam OShaughnessy wasn't expecting to fall in love again, not so soon after yet another artful break up. Then Oliver Sutton, paramedic in training, walked into his Aunt's Irish Pub, and shocked Liam's wounded heart back to life. The fiery eyes were irresistible; the magnetic draw between them was undeniable, but the man himself was an enigma. Still, Oliver had much to teach Liam, and Liam was a very willing pupil. Oliver Sutton only expected to have a brief, summer fling with Liam OShaughnessy, but as the young waiter eagerly learned all about gay sexual pleasure, Oliver felt less and less willing to give him up. Yet Oliver knew the relationship could not last. Sooner or later, Liam would come to know Olivers other, less civilized self, and that would be the end. Unbeknownst to Oliver, however, Liam, too, had another self, one he also was keeping secret: his twin.
